THQ Series Hybrid Wet Tantalum capacitors feature a 1.4" diameter round footprint and are available in five different heights. Voltage ratings range from 10V to 125V. While lower in energy density and higher in ESR than their TDD and TDE counterparts, THQ Series capacitors provide a lower-cost option. THQ Series capacitors have a long heritage in military, aerospace, and other high-reliability applications.
