TDD Series Hybrid Wet Tantalum capacitors feature a compact 1.4" x 1.4" square footprint and are available in six heights, enabling a broad range of capacitance and voltage ratings. With voltage ratings from 10V to 125V, the 10V–50V models deliver the highest energy density of any capacitors in our catalog. TDD Series capacitors are widely used in high-reliability applications, including avionics, space, and defense.
