Overview
Angstor RC is a stacked metallized polymer capacitor designed for very high ripple current, low losses at high frequency, and resonant-circuit performance in a compact, rugged package. The series uses a novel metallized polymer dielectric with ultra-low DF, self-healing properties, ultra-low ESR/ESL, and extended operating temperature capability. It is also lightweight, at less than 25% of an equivalent MLCC, making it attractive where high- frequency performance and mechanical efficiency are both important.
