Position Summary
The Office Operations & Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and the facility's administrative functions. This role supports front desk operations, indirect purchasing, vendor documentation, safety compliance support, and employee engagement activities. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in maintaining an organized, professional, and well-functioning workplace. This is an hourly role, working Monday through Friday.
