Our Company
UTC designs and manufactures COTS and custom designed high-reliability multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) in its DLA MIL-PRF-790–approved facility in Monterey Park, California. UTC leverages state-of-the-art dielectric materials, advanced manufacturing equipment, and rigorous hi-rel screening and testing to meet the requirements of military, aerospace, space, medical, and other mission-critical markets.
Eulex pioneered an embedded-electrode RF capacitor architecture that delivers breakthrough capacitance and stability for advanced RF and microwave systems. Position Summary
The Human Resources Operations Manager is a key, on-site partner to employees and leaders continuing to help build a strong company culture that embodies our Evans Group Values of Accountability, Collaboration and Empowerment. This position will own the day-to-day hands-on HR management responsibilities at the site while serving as the organization’s power user for the HRIS and payroll. This role manages core HR processes and responsibilities (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits & leave administration, and compliance) for the site, administers and optimizes the HRIS for data integrity and reporting, and ensures accurate, timely payroll execution and oversight for a multi-state workforce. This position ensures policies are applied consistently, questions are resolved promptly, and practices align with legal requirements, including SOX internal control requirements, and organizational goals. Maintains state and federal compliance. This position is an active member of the Block HR Team.
