Overview
Evans' THQS2 series is a hermetically sealed hybrid wet tantalum capacitor family designed for applications with high impact shock requirements. These capacitors are suited for limited-cycle, limited-time-on-charge use cases such as missile fusing and short-duration power hold-up. The family combines a 0.6 inch round case, 8 V to 50 V ratings, 1,600 μF to 13,000 μF capacitance, and verified impact shock capability of 10,000 g and higher based on customer application test data.
