Overview
Evans' THQA2 and THQM2 series are hermetically sealed hybrid wet tantalum capacitors designed for high-reliability applications. The THQA2 comes in a 0.6 inch round case, while the THQM2 packages the THQA2 in a 4-pin DAP mount for board-level attachment. The family offers 10 V to 125 V ratings, 215 μF to 10,000 μF capacitance, and operation to 125 °C with derating
