Rated Voltage: 25V to 62V at 200°C 30V to 75V at 175°C
Capacitance: 68 μF to 1, 800 μF
Sizes: Axial-leaded cylindrical case styles with standard B and D case options, plus B-LF and D-LF variants
Operating Temp: 55 °C to +200°C with voltage derating
HyCap-HT Series

HyCap-HT series capacitors are axial-leaded hybrid wet tantalum capacitors built with sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide coated cathodes in aqueous electrolyte, enclosed in a tantalum case with a compressed gasket and hermetically welded glass-to- metal seal. HyCap-HT capacitors are designed for operation in environments up to 200 °C. For extreme shock environments, HyCap-HTX offers a more robust construction in the largest traditional D (T4) case style and is available upon request.
